My wife and I bought a 2015 Lincoln Navigator L off of Travis about 1 yr ago. It has recently has had some major issues. Turned it into the warranty company. Found out the warranty was not valid at no fault of the dealership. But Travis is a stand up guy. He had my vehicle taken care of, even though he didn't have too!!! He contacted warranty company and took care of the issue. Not sure who paid for the repairs. I HIGHL

Very awesome experience. Really fast and very open to communication. Dylan didn’t miss a beat in getting us taken care of and out the door. Definitely worth the 2 hour trip for our daughter.

Honest and supportive, quick and simple. Whole process took less than an hour, and most of it was spent looking and testing the car that was purchased. Definitely recommend the Lucky 7 car store, thank you Dylan!
